I want to wish a very special Ramadan Mubarak to the more than 1 billion Muslims around the world. It's a sacred month of fasting. With the long summer days this year, it will be a challenge. But, with the right intentions, it can be a very beautiful month of reflection and spirituality. I always take this month to focus on my life and everything that our Creator has blessed us with. Take a moment out of your hectic day, maybe your usual lunch break, and really reflect. Reflect on why we are here. What is the purpose of your life. And look around you. Look at how much we have been given. It's easy to lose touch and get caught up with the routine of life. But it's very important to remind ourselves of the greater purpose. Will we pass the ultimate test? Life is short. Very short. We don't know what's five minutes ahead of us. Forget five minutes, we can't see what lies 30 seconds ahead of us. In a split second our lives can change indefinitely. Or even end. Have you accomplished everything you've wanted in your life? Is your life headed towards the right direction? Do you have broken relationships? Ask yourself if it's really worth it. The answer is usually no. Make mends with everything hurting you in your life. It will release a heavy burden. Ask yourself, if this were to be the last Ramadan in your life, what would you do differently? And do it. May you have a blessed Ramadan.
